how to add a signature in outlook on mac

You might need a third party app for that. Not sure how you would do it without a modifier key like command or alt Danny. Thanks! Do you know any secret mojo so I can use a hot key like “a” instead of alt/option-A or the like? I like to press “a” to archive messages to a folder. Might want to make the signature name something unique as well. You may also want to shy away from spaces, as I’m not sure if it escapes them in the names or not. Make sure that the case is correct, as it is case sensitive. Your path is in (Draft > Signatures > Standard) – did you save your signature in a folder somewhere or a draft of an email? This is a pretty awesome tool on the mac, that seems glaringly absent from windows. A quick google search, and I found a solution: Application Shortcuts. This was definitely a problem that needed a fix. This is pretty important to me, since I’m frequently getting myself into pretty deep email chains, and I don’t want my email and phone number on all 75 emails in them. One thing I immediately noticed was missing, however, was the ability to setup signatures to not show on any replies and forwards.
